Alexa
Alexa is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over a decade of dedicated practice. Rooted in Ashtanga and Power Vinyasa, her teaching is also deeply informed by Hatha, mantra and breathwork. Alexa creates classes that balance strength and softness, guiding students to build awareness in their bodies while honoring their own rhythms.
Her approach comes from lived experience: years of adapting practice to meet injuries taught her the importance of listening over forcing, and compassion over competition. Alexa emphasizes presence, alignment, and breath as tools to help students connect more deeply with themselves. She weaves philosophy into her classes, reminding students that yoga is not about achieving the perfect pose, but about showing up fully. In body, breath, and spirit.Amanda
Amanda has been teaching yoga since 2018 and has made her home in Sayulita ever since. She offers classes that reflect both the rhythm of the ocean and the grounding stillness of the jungle.
Her teaching blends together slow flow and restorative practices where students are invited to connect deeply with themselves, move with presence, and soften into awareness. Through a balance of effort and ease, Amanda guides practitioners toward both strength and surrender.
Her classes often include meditation and breathwork, creating a container where the body, mind, and spirit can meet in harmony. With an emphasis on slowing down and listening inward, Amanda holds space for each person to find what they most need in the moment.
